The Nazi seaside resort on Rügen
In Prora, on the East coast of Rügen, construction of the world's biggest hotel complex was slated to begin in 1936. The architect, Klotz, won the Grand Prix Prize at the Paris World Exhibition for his KdF-Design. Today no one knows what to do with the massive, mysterious and suspicious ruins. The film is a historical view of the construction, the organization of KdF and of the architecture and design in which the project was embedded.
